You can leave repair costs and managing tenants to us. As a service that prides itself in aiding landlords, we make their lives as simple as possible by ensuring the guaranteed rent they receive is fully passive. So we cover the costs of day-to-day repairs and manage the tenants within the property for the whole duration of the contract that we have with them

All properties are managed by us. At the end of the contract they are returned back to the landlord in the same or better condition than we received it, this is also stated in the contract to ensure peace of mind for our landlords.
